and values that are being packaged in that show are typical for what our society holds to be valuable, important and sought after - money, power, & sex appeal. We all know that already. It's just a little refreshing to finally see shlock television (leave it to Fox) exploit this superficiality instead of trying to subvert us with it. Most TV shows, and lets not forget advertising - the head of the beast - are in essence based on these same principles, but in a way that tries to convince us, cajole us, and make us want to be a part of it. This show invites us to point our fingers and say, "Look at those gold-digging, superficial bitches!" That's what makes this otherwise unimportant show, unique.
